NIQO holds approximately 30 pouches. Capacity varies by pouch size.

Standard orders take 1–2 business days to process; custom-engraved orders take 3–5 business days. After dispatch, Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days and Express 1–2 business days. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You may request a return of a noncustom item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be new and unused, with no visible signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration. Please include the original packaging and any included accessories.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable refundable tax. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers pay return shipping costs, including international return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Custom-engraved and personalized orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order because of an error by NIQO, please contact us. We will review the issue and cover any required return shipping costs for confirmed issues.
